Музыкальное видео было снято 27 марта 2004 года за шесть миль за Де-Мойном, родным городом музыкантов.

Видео было снято в доме «мэггота» — фаната группы Slipknot. Он сказал, что группа может использовать его дом для съёмок клипа. Slipknot приглашали всех, кто хотел участвовать в съёмках видео работы. В съёмках клипа приняло участие более 500 фанатов группы. Они собрались со всего мира, в том числе из Украины и России. В результате неистовые фаны и группа уничтожили дом. По слухам Slipknot был предъявлен иск за то повреждение, которое они нанесли дому.

В данном клипе Slipknot появляются в своих новых масках, созданных в честь выхода нового альбома группы Vol. 3: The Subliminal Verses.

В песне описывается душевная боль, настолько невыносимая, что лучше почуствовать боль от выколотых глаз, чем боль в своем сердце. Главный персонаж песни очень мучается, кричит пока его вены не лопаются. Он не хочет жить и вспоминать свое прошлое и не хочет жить своим прошлым и он выберет смерть, если его страдания не прекратятся. Также фраза из этой песни "You can not kill what you did not create" Ты не можешь убить то, чего ты не создавал стала одной из олицетворяющих группу. В клипе песни эта фраза написана на стенке баскетбольной площадки.
